13. Google Ads Data Storage

Excellence & Cuisines Ads Tools is designed primarily to process Google Ads API information for the purpose requested by an authorized user.

Google Ads information may be temporarily processed or cached when reasonably necessary for application functionality, reliability, security, or performance.

Temporary Google Ads API response data that is stored by the application is scheduled for deletion when it is no longer necessary for the application's disclosed purpose and, unless a longer period is required by law or intentionally retained as an authorized business record, no later than 30 days after it is no longer operationally required.

14. OAuth Token Retention and Deletion

OAuth authorization credentials may be retained while the applicable Google account remains actively connected to Excellence & Cuisines Ads Tools and the authorization is required to provide the application's functionality.

When authorization is revoked, the account is disconnected, or a verified deletion request is received, OAuth refresh tokens associated with that connection are scheduled for permanent deletion from active application systems within 7 days, unless retention is required by law.

Any residual copies contained in routine system backups are allowed to expire or be overwritten in accordance with normal backup lifecycle procedures and are not restored for active use after a valid deletion request.

15. User Revocation of Google Access

Users may revoke access granted to Excellence & Cuisines Ads Tools through their Google Account security and permissions settings.

Once authorization is revoked, features requiring Google Ads API authorization may stop functioning.

We also discontinue use of the revoked authorization credentials once the revocation is received or detected by the application.

After verifying a legitimate deletion request, applicable Google user data that is not required to be retained for legal reasons will be removed from active application systems within 30 days.

OAuth refresh tokens associated with a disconnected authorization will be deleted according to the shorter timeframe described in the OAuth Token Retention and Deletion section above.

We maintain procedures intended to identify and respond to suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or compromise of systems that handle user information.
